PLC Server Messages
*Invalid pallet number* Pallet n (-3012)
The pallet number specified in N240:8 or <strong>Adept</strong>_Pallet_Number is either less than one
or larger than the maximum location number permitted.
*Invalid speed parameter* Speed n (-3013)
The motion speed specified in N240:4 or <strong>Adept</strong>_Speed is either less than zero for a
regular robot motion, or outside the allowable range (-127 to 127) for jogging the
robot.
*MSG instructions not allowed* (-3018)
After sending a message to the PLC, the response was a reply message.
*Only one axis bit can be set while jogging* (-3008)
More than one robot axis or coordinate direction is selected in N240:2 or
<strong>Adept</strong>_Jog_Mode, which is permitted only in FREE mode.
*Pallet locations are linear* (-3021)
The three robot locations that were specified to define a pallet lie on a line. The third
location must be off the line that passes through the first two locations.
*PLC Server start-up error* Code n (-3019)
One of the following errors was detected during startup of the PLC Server software,
as indicated by the value of “n”:
1 The required controller license is not installed.
2 The V+ system is older than version 16.1D5.
System initialized and ready to run (Vx.xx) (3001)
The PLC Server has <strong>com</strong>pleted its initialization and is ready for operation.
*Undefined location* Location n (-3015)
An attempt has been made to use a location that has not been defined.
*Undefined pallet* Pallet n (-3016)
An attempt has been made to use a pallet that has not been defined.
*Unknown processor type* ID n (-3017)
The PLC Server software does not recognize the processor in the <strong>Adept</strong> PLC Server.
That is, the PLC Server software in use is not <strong>com</strong>patible with the <strong>Adept</strong> PLC Server
hardware.
