accessories & options<br />
The bar h<strong>and</strong>rails adjustable in height <strong>and</strong> width are available for<br />
the h/p/cosmos <strong>running</strong> <strong>machine</strong> of the “locomotion series”<br />
exclusively. The individually adjustable h<strong>and</strong>rails offer utmost safety<br />
at best possible freedom of movement. Well suited for therapy with<br />
insecure <strong>and</strong> elderly patients as well as for therapy with children.<br />
Picture: <strong>running</strong> <strong>machine</strong> h/p/cosmos locomotion 150/50 DE med<br />
in locomotion application <strong>and</strong> in combination with<br />
“h/p/cosmos airwalk se 135” unweighting (body weight support)<br />
system, seats for the therapist <strong>and</strong> a wheelchair ramp.<br />
N The max. load is limited to 140 kg body weight.<br />
N The positioning of the adjustable bar h<strong>and</strong>rails must not be executed under load or pressure on the h<strong>and</strong>rail<br />
N The adjustment <strong>and</strong> use of the adjustable bar h<strong>and</strong>rails is reserved for trained <strong>and</strong> experienced personnel,<br />
resp. should always be done under supervision.<br />
N Pay attention to always look the locking levers before using the bar h<strong>and</strong>rails<br />
N At least once per year you have to check the function of the bar h<strong>and</strong>rails by exposing the bar h<strong>and</strong>rail to a<br />
load of approx. 200 kg (e.g. 3 persons) with locked levers.<br />
N While adjusting the h<strong>and</strong>rails take care that neither you nor others get caught or trapped at the danger zones<br />
(jamming or squeezing zones).<br />
N If turing the UserTerminal to outside position, then at least 1 emergency-stop-button has to remain in reach of<br />
the subject at any time.<br />
N The use of the h/p/cosmos arm supports is not possible with the adjustable bar h<strong>and</strong>rails.<br />
