The software h/p/cosmos para analysis ® is an evaluation software for performance diagnostics <strong>and</strong> training control that<br />
allows the creation of individual training plans.The evaluation of heart rate <strong>and</strong> lactate curves after graded test is<br />
possible on the basis of individual selected threshold models in graphics <strong>and</strong> tables. It is possible to enter the test data<br />
in h/h/p/cosmos para analysis ® usually or by importing it from h/p/cosmos para graphics ® clear design of the program<br />
makes the evaluation easy. The comprehensive printout simplifies the interpretation <strong>and</strong> is the basis for best possible<br />
coaching.<br />
The software is not designed for medical use.<br />
The software enables to adapt the integrated test methods <strong>and</strong> to generate individual ones. Test devices - even field<br />
test as well as time <strong>and</strong> performance parameters are free definable. It is possible to enter the test data manually or by<br />
importing it from h/p/cosmos para graphics ® . The entry <strong>and</strong> evaluation of desired parameters, e.g. lactat or heart rate as<br />
well as blood pressure or the Borg scale can be defined or added. Data of the software PA7000 <strong>and</strong> of the devices of<br />
the POLAR S Series can be imported as well.<br />
The models for the evaluation of the individual anaerobic threshold - also several simultaneously for the comparison<br />
option - are free definable. Besides the different models to evaluate the individual anaerobic threshold at the lactate<br />
performance diagnostics it is possible to create fixed thresholds. It is possible to make an evaluation according to<br />
Conconi. The evaluation occurs graphical <strong>and</strong> tabulated. The scaling of the diagram can be adjusted individually. The<br />
clear graphics of training categories <strong>and</strong> intensities are the basis for successful training plans. For danger precautions,<br />
regulations for application <strong>and</strong> system requirements of the software read the separate software manual.<br />
