Chest-harnesses, patient-vests, waist-belts with leash <strong>and</strong> cuffs are not designed for direct skin or<br />
mucous membrane contact. Wear appropriate clothing.<br />
[12.M] Running belt rotation reversible for downhill walk<br />
N As the subject is <strong>running</strong> against the usual <strong>running</strong> belt rotation <strong>and</strong> therefore has no control<br />
of the UserTerminal it is necessary to have a supervisor who controls the <strong>running</strong> <strong>machine</strong><br />
during the training. For safety reasons the max. speed has been limited with the models<br />
possessing a cross-bar h<strong>and</strong>rail or a motor case cover. Use a safety arch with harness for<br />
additional safety.<br />
N Turn the key-operated switch for the reverse belt rotation only when the <strong>running</strong> belt is not<br />
moving.<br />
The function <strong>running</strong> belt rotation reverse (optional) permits a simulation of a downhill run. To prevent any abuse, the<br />
function can only be activated by a key-operated switch (on the external UserTerminal of the oversize <strong>running</strong> <strong>machine</strong><br />
by rotary switch).<br />
N If the key-operated switch is being activated at st<strong>and</strong> still, the <strong>running</strong> belt rotation reverse will be in function at the<br />
next start.<br />
N If the key-operated switch is being activated while the Running-Machine is in operation, the Running-Machine stops<br />
<strong>and</strong> the <strong>running</strong> belt rotation reverse will be in function at the next start.
