Alteration of the mode (manual, profile, cardio, test) until<br />
� manual is flashing<br />
A) In case of deactivation (st<strong>and</strong>ard) in the optional<br />
functions:<br />
� manual, km/h, m <strong>and</strong> % are glowing<br />
� met, energy <strong>and</strong> power are glowing by turns<br />
Running belt accelerates up to the pre-selected startingspeed<br />
(st<strong>and</strong>ard: 0.5 km/h, can be changed in the<br />
optional mode), start of measuring<br />
% indicates present heart rate: P. 40 ... P. 220. The<br />
display indicates every single heart-beat with a flashing<br />
dot behind the P<br />
B) In case of activation in the optional functions:<br />
% indicates: 65 flashing (for 65 kg body weight)<br />
� weight is glowing<br />
in order to enter with a or d <strong>and</strong> then c the body<br />
weight for an accurate calculation of the POWER <strong>and</strong><br />
ENERGY consumption.<br />
Further steps see A)<br />
Speed is being increased / reduced (0-max.) as long as<br />
the key get pressed. If Speed is being reduced down to<br />
„0“= Pause-position:<br />
= indicates: PAUS. Current values will be<br />
sustained.<br />
Example: For acceleration or deceleration level “3”,<br />
press 3 times the corresponding key <strong>and</strong> then hold.<br />
Note: Maximum 7 levels, limited by the maximum<br />
acceleration level selected in the Optional Mode /<br />
st<strong>and</strong>ard value = 4.<br />
If Speed is being reduced down to „0“ = Pause position<br />
= indicates: "PAUS". Running belt stops. All<br />
displays stop. Current values will be sustained.<br />
When restart with d or c all display values will be<br />
"added".<br />
Elevation is being increased / reduced (0 ... max.) as<br />
long as the key get pressed.
