Following the papers by the two discussants, we will afford an opportunity
to the four members oE our Reaction Panel to make a few impromptu
remarks. Upon completion of this structured portion, WC will be
pleased to open up the symposium for comments or questions from the
floor.. Our first speaker is Mr. Walter E. XcDowell frcm the Army Training
and Doctrine Command at Fort Monroe. He will be speaking on the
basic topic of Translation of Training Research into Training Action,
from the Viewpoint of a Training Manager.
