During conferences with an instructor who was having great difficulty
applying his subject area content to the course graduate’s job, the
test psychologist would help the iastructor define the problem but
would never point the finger or try to dictate course or lesson content.
As a-result, instructors sometimes drastically revised objcctir-es and
instruction in oi-de;- to teach and test critical job skills.
