Remote Bolus Cord (340-2005)This five-foot flexible cable offers a remote push button switch for the patient’s use inadministering bolus dosing in the PCA therapy. The small safetyshell (340-0106) will secure the 150 ml medication bag administration set and the pump, and yetallow access to the pump’s keypad, controls, communication connectors, and batterycompartment door.The larger organizer safety shells will secure a syringe or an IV bag up to 500 ml and areavailable in three colors:• Clear (340-0141) for general purpose;• Yellow (340-0141-01) for epidural; and• Green (340-0141-02) for PCA applications.All security shells can be pole mounted with the detachable pole clamp, set on a stable flat surface,or carried in a soft carry pack.140
