Note: The patient history log should be printed before clearing occurs if a hard copy record isrequired. The history log, when printed, lists the most recent event first. Clearing thehistory log does not affect the saved patient information.When printed, the patient history log includes a heading at its beginning and a footer at its end.The heading includes the pump serial number, the patient history log title and revision numberinformation of the software and hardware of the pump. The footer contains information abouthow much of the history log has been used. The information is printed with the most recentevent first, and organized for easy transfer to a spreadsheet for sorting and reporting.
