For example, eCAMS maintains both active and historical records of memberbenefit plan assignments. Authorized users can view both active and historical benefit plan details usingscreen functionality.BE1.11.02eCAMS framework supports storing user id, process name, and record processed date and time via realtimeor batch to generate audit trail reports. The system will be configured to audit and store memberinformation access through real-time interface by tracking user access to specific data in the memberbusiness area.BE1.12eCAMS supports online updates and additions of member information including eligibility by authorizedusers. It also maintains security profiles based on role-based access control (RBAC) to support the abilityto control the type of access a user is assigned. While certain roles are assigned a profile enabling changesto member data, another role may be assigned a read-only profile enabling the user to view, but notchange, member data.eCAMS security is granular and can be administered to facilitate user access to a particular memberdata source, to a member program, or at the member plan level.
