This enables the submitters to test theirEDI transactions. TOB manages the receipt and validation of all registration paperwork and builds the testaccount. Test transactions submitted by trading partners are edited and transaction disposition reporting isgenerated to convey errors that would cause a file to be rejected. Trading partners continue to submit testtransactions and are able to review their reports through TOB's self-service interface.After successful testing, the submitters are certified for production mode. After receiving thiscertification, the submitters may submit claims and other HIPAA transactions to the production IMEenvironment. Registration information gathered through TOB will interface with the EDI Gateway andEdifecs translation products to minimize transition effort and simplify submission for trading partners.
