The unique document IDs for IME will be integrated withthe OnBase system ensuring seamless retrieval from either eCAMS or OnBase.PR1.02.08Team Noridian's solution provides the full power of the OnBase EDMS and eCAMS built-in, contextspecific, correspondence retrieval. When a provider sends in correspondence or other material via paperor fax, the documents are scanned and stored as an electronic image in OnBase. The documents are codedwith specific key-wording that ties the document to the provider. The documents can then be retrieved ineCAMS within the provider enrollment function. When provider enrollment specialists createcorrespondence using the letter generation functions in eCAMS, the electronic document is automaticallytied to the provider's enrollment records and it is also routed to OnBase for later retrieval. The E2 VaultKey shown in Figure 9.1.2.1-29 will be replaced with the unique identifier for the correspondence inOnBase. Within eCAMS, the provider enrollment specialist can retrieve correspondence associated to aprovider enrollment application by selecting the "Retrieve Correspondence" button on the ApplicationReview screen, as shown in Figure 9.1.2.1-29.9.1.2.1 | 43
