Our depth ofexperience has allowed us to develop knowledge transfer plans and curricula for staff, providers, andstakeholders that provide ongoing support of day-to-day processes and procedures necessary tosuccessfully complete job functions during start-up and implementation, as well into the operationsphase. Our training program also offers advanced and specialty training opportunities, professionaldevelopment, and self-paced online and computer-based courses in order to meet the training needs andinterests of all staff, providers, and stakeholders.Using just-in-time training, trainees immediately incorporate new knowledge into their daily tasks. Thispractice results in less errors and improved efficiency as staff work the new systems and applications. Ourtraining evaluation and process improvement approaches ensure that we are continually improving inorder to provide a better product to the training audience. Our learning management system, Brainshark,helps facilitate just-in-time training.Brainshark enables the quick launch and management of on-demand learning initiatives, progress trackingof learners and groups, and an increase of employee productivity due to the ability to rapidly deliverlearning programs. Brainshark provides functionality that allows training staff and supervisors to managethe training effort both by unit and on an individual basis. Exception reports provide valuable information about who requires additional learningor has not completed or passed a course. Using Brainshark, we offer a learning management systemthat provides a "one stop shop" for managing and delivering training curriculum and reporting.The use of an online learning management system has greatly enhanced our training program. Havingaccess to online and computer-based training courses 24 hours a day provides training opportunities forstaff whose job functions may not allow them time away from their desks to participate in classroom-styletraining courses. Staff members are able to learn at their own pace, and can use the resources in thelearning management system for refresher training whenever necessary.7.7.1 Systems Functions Knowledge TransferRFP Section 5.7, Requirement aTeam Noridian will build a knowledge transfer plan and schedule for approval by the Department, whichdescribes our intention for training Team Noridian, Department, and other contractor staff during eachphase of the contract. We will build the knowledge transfer plan to capitalize on our experience inpreparing, scheduling, and conducting systems training of health care processes and systems.7 | 37
