Searching Member Details. eCAMS allows authorized users to access memberinformation using different filter criteria.BE1.13The eCAMS member data intake process includes the ability to identify duplicate member records usingconfigurable, Department defined duplicate criteria, with weighted algorithms using SOUNDEXintelligence, which helps facilitate a more accurate duplicate identification process.As part of match logic, duplicate records are included in daily error reports for authorized users toresearch and correct.During manual additions of members from online screens, the system ensures the member identifierentered does not already exist in the member data repository, thus preventing the accidental creation ofduplicate member identifiers.Online display of member association information including duplicate identifiers and case head memberinformation helps identify duplicate members and related members.Figure 9.1.1.1-21 identifies a duplicate member record that has multiple associated member IDs.9.1.1.1 | 29
