Therefore the pH is controlled by an autotitrator. ● The process is started at 15 °C. To compensate enzyme deactivation during the production, it is gradually increased to 25 °C. After 70 cycles the enzyme is replaced. ● The reaction solution circulates at the rate of 10,000 L · h –1 .
