This is an appeal by three members from <strong>the</strong> decision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Deputy <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Bethalto <strong>Lodge</strong> No. 735, I. O. O. F., and <strong>the</strong> papers must<br />

have been turned over to this Committee by inadvertence, as it is<br />

provided in <strong>the</strong> Constitution <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong>, at page 39, Clause<br />

346, Merrill's Code, 1906, that an appeal from <strong>the</strong> decision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong><br />

Deputy "goes to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Master. The Committee on Judiciary and<br />

Appeals has no jurisdiction to hear it," and in view <strong>of</strong> this provision<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> law and so that <strong>the</strong> rights <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> parties appealing may not be
