Your Committee on Rebekah Degree would respectfully<br />

report as follows<br />

Your Committee to whom was referred Art. VII, Sec. 3, <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Rebekah Constitution in reference to amendment <strong>the</strong>reto would respect-<br />

fully report that after examination <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> amendment it was <strong>the</strong><br />

opinion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> committee that <strong>the</strong> same should be adopted and it <strong>the</strong>re-<br />

fore respectfully asks <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong> to adopt <strong>the</strong> same.<br />

Your Committee on Rebekah Degree would respectfully re-<br />

port as follows<br />

Your committee to whom was referred Art. XI, Sec. 1, <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Assembly By-Laws and <strong>the</strong> amendments <strong>the</strong>reto would respectfully<br />

report that <strong>the</strong> question raised in this amendment is as follows:<br />

That at <strong>the</strong> present <strong>the</strong> law provides that each Delegate shall be<br />

allowed <strong>the</strong> sum <strong>of</strong> $2.00 per day for three (3) days, <strong>the</strong> amendment<br />

prayed for being that each delegate shall be allowed $3.00 per day for<br />

three (3) days. This matter having been presented to <strong>the</strong> committee<br />

by a great number <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Assembly would respectfully<br />

report that inasmuch as <strong>the</strong> committee believes that <strong>the</strong> Assembly<br />

shall govern its own affairs, <strong>the</strong> committee unanimously reports that<br />

<strong>the</strong> amendments to <strong>the</strong> Articles and Sections in reference to <strong>the</strong> Mileage<br />

and Per Diem <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Assembly be adopted.<br />
