We would suggest that <strong>the</strong>se accounts be closed by disposing <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong>se securities in <strong>the</strong> following manner: charge to <strong>the</strong> Orphans' Home<br />

Endowment Fund:<br />

The U. S. 3% bonds in John Buehler Orphans' Home Fund. . $500.00<br />

The U. S. 3% bonds in Chalmers Orphans' Home Fund 500.00<br />

The U. S. 3% bonds in German Rebekah Orphans' Home<br />

Fund 240.00<br />

Total $1,240.00<br />

and charge to <strong>the</strong> Old Folks' Home Endowment Fund that part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Ida M. Darnall 5% mortgage <strong>of</strong> $3,100.00 amounting to $631.53 now in<br />

German Rebekah's Orphans' Home Fund (<strong>the</strong> balance <strong>of</strong> said mortgage<br />

now being in Old Folks' Home Endowment Fund) and credit <strong>the</strong> respective<br />

accounts with <strong>the</strong>se amounts. After this has been done we<br />

would close <strong>the</strong> several accounts by transferring <strong>the</strong> credit balances<br />

to <strong>the</strong> Orphans' Home Endowment Fund.<br />

All <strong>of</strong> which is respectfully submitted.<br />

On motion <strong>of</strong> Bro. J. P. Ellacott <strong>of</strong> No. 416, it was ordered<br />

that <strong>the</strong> various. items in <strong>the</strong> report <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Committee on Analysis<br />

and Distribution be printed in Tuesday's Journal.<br />

Bro. F. B. Merrills, P.G.M., moved that <strong>the</strong> Committee on<br />

Mileage and Per Diem be instructed not to issue warrants until<br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong> adjourned sine die.<br />

An amendment was <strong>of</strong>fered that <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Master be per-<br />

mitted to sign warrants in cases <strong>of</strong> emergency.<br />

Bro. Merrills accepted <strong>the</strong> amendment.<br />

The <strong>Grand</strong> Master having put <strong>the</strong> motion as amended, <strong>the</strong><br />

motion was lost.<br />

Past <strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis moved <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Marshal and his<br />

assistants collect all donations to <strong>the</strong> Endowment Fund <strong>of</strong>fered<br />

and turn <strong>the</strong> same over to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Secretary, a list <strong>of</strong> same to<br />

be printed in Tuesday's Journal and <strong>the</strong> items to be verified on<br />

Wednesdav. which motion was carried.
