to your order for $25.82 from <strong>the</strong> Flood Sufferers Relief Fund<br />

donated by <strong>the</strong> Subordinate and Rebekah <strong>Lodge</strong>s, I. O. O. F., <strong>of</strong> <strong>Illinois</strong>,<br />

toge<strong>the</strong>r with <strong>the</strong> following statement:<br />

In adjusting <strong>the</strong> estimated losses, as reported in <strong>the</strong> applications.<br />

<strong>the</strong> amount allowed is less than that stated in <strong>the</strong> application, it was<br />

reduced for good and sufficient reasons according to our best judgment.
