the Court of <strong>Criminal</strong> Appeal has ordered any witness to attend and be<br />

examined before the court under section 671~ (b) of the <strong>Code</strong>, an Order<br />

in the Form XXXI. of Part IX. of the Schedule hereto shall be served<br />

upon such witness specifying the time and place at which to attend for<br />

such purpose.<br />
