Section 356.<br />

(1.) B’ ing required by law to give a certificate touching the soundness of mind<br />

of one E.FJ~ (or as the case may be), by virtue whereof the liberty of the said E.F.<br />

might be affected, gave a certificate touching the matter a oresaid which nxs false<br />

in a material particular, namely, in that he, the $aid A. f ., thereby certified that<br />

(state the matter fal8ely certified), whereas in truth (state the truth), as the said<br />

A.B. then well knew.<br />

(2.) Gave a certificate touching the soundn of mind of one E.F. (or as the<br />

case may be), whereby the liberty of the said F. might be affected, and repre-<br />

sented himself to be a person authorised by law to give such certificate, whereas he<br />

was not a person authorised by law to give the same.<br />
