78 ~s.158-162 CRIMINAL CODE<br />

If the offence is committed with respect to coin of a Foreign Prince<br />

or State, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable on<br />

conviction to impriso~ent with hard labour for twelve months. If found<br />

committing the offence, he may be arrested without warrant.<br />

If the offence is committed with respect to coin of a Foreign Prince<br />

or State, and the offender has been previously convicted of any such<br />

offence, he is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment with hard<br />

labour for seven years, with or without solitary confinement.<br />
