said Supreme Court of Queensland at whenever he shall be thereunto
required in order to receive the judgment of the said Court in respect of the
service by him the said A.B. of ) being portion of the sentence of tho
said Court passed upon him on the day of , 19 , for the
crime (or misdemeanour) of and suspended under the provisions of
section 19 (7) of The Criminal Code of Queensland, and not depart that Court
without leave, then this recognizance shall be void, but otherwise sliall remain
in full force.

(or was on the day of last) convicted, and so from
day to day, and not depart that Court without leave, and upon the further
eondition that he shall in the meantime keep the peace and be of good behayiour,
then this recognizance shall be void, but otherwise shall remain in full force.

Whereas in the Supreme Court of Queensland at Brisbane (or as the case may
