required in order to receive the judgment of the said Court in respect of the<br />

service by him the said A.B. of ) being portion of the sentence of tho<br />

said Court passed upon him on the day of , 19 , for the<br />

crime (or misdemeanour) of and suspended under the provisions of<br />

section 19 (7) of <strong>The</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> of <strong>Queensland</strong>, and not depart that Court<br />

without leave, then this recognizance shall be void, but otherwise sliall remain<br />

in full force.<br />

upon condition that if he, the said shall personally appear<br />

before one of His Majesty’s Justices, at the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> at<br />

whenever he shall be thereunto required within a period of<br />

from the abovementioned date in order to receive the sentence of the’<br />

said Court for a certain offence whereof he was this day on his own confession<br />

(or was on the day of last) convicted, and so from<br />

day to day, and not depart that Court without leave, and upon the further<br />

eondition that he shall in the meantime keep the peace and be of good behayiour,<br />

then this recognizance shall be void, but otherwise shall remain in full force.<br />

Whereas in the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> at Brisbane (or as the case may<br />
