from which certain words (or as the case may be) had been fraudulently erased<br />

Section 514.<br />

(1.) Falsely represented himself to be one E.F. [who was then dead], with<br />

intent thereby then to defraud.<br />

(2.) Falsely represented himself to be one E.F., who was then entitled under<br />

tlic will of one G.H. [OT by operation of law upon the death of one G.E. (or as the<br />

case may be)] to certain real [or personal] property, namely (describe it shortly),<br />

with intent thereby then to defraud and to obtain [possession of] the property<br />

aforesaid.<br />

Section 517.<br />

Being the holder of 2 certificate (or as the case rnay be) which had been issued<br />

to him by lawful authority, and whereby he was certified to be a Pharmaceutical<br />

Cliemist (or as the case may be), lent the said certificate to one M.N., with intent<br />

that the said M.N. might represent himself to be the person named therein as the<br />

person to whom the same was issued.
