NO. 319.--PERSONATION IN GENERAL.
Section 514.
(1.) Falsely represented himself to be one E.F. [who was then dead], with
intent thereby then to defraud.
(2.) Falsely represented himself to be one E.F., who was then entitled under
tlic will of one G.H. [OT by operation of law upon the death of one G.E. (or as the
case may be)] to certain real [or personal] property, namely (describe it shortly),

Section 517.
Being the holder of 2 certificate (or as the case rnay be) which had been issued
to him by lawful authority, and whereby he was certified to be a Pharmaceutical
Cliemist (or as the case may be), lent the said certificate to one M.N., with intent
that the said M.N. might represent himself to be the person named therein as the
person to whom the same was issued.
