NO. 348.-OFFENCES PROCURED OR COUNiSELLED BY PERSONS OUT<br />

OF QUEENSLAND<br />

Section 13.<br />

(1.) On &c. at &c. in the colony of New South Wales (or as the case may be)<br />

frauclulently procured one M.N. to utter at B. in the Colony of <strong>Queensland</strong> a false<br />

document purporting to be &c., which he the said AB. then knew to be false:<br />

And that afterwards, on &e., the said A.B. came into <strong>Queensland</strong>.<br />

(2.) On $6. at &c. in the colony of New South Wales (or as the case may be)<br />

procured one M.N. to steal a horse, the propery of one E.F., at S. in <strong>Queensland</strong><br />

[or counselled one M.N. to (&c. as above) which the said M.N. thereupon did]:<br />

And that afterwards, on $e., the said A.B. came into <strong>Queensland</strong>.<br />

NO. 349.-OFFENCES PROCURED IN QUEENSLAND TO BE COMMITTED<br />

OUT OF QUEENSLAND.<br />

Section 14.<br />

With intent unlawfully to kill one E.F., procured one M.N. to cause poisoil<br />

to be taken by the said E.F., at S., in the colony of New South Wales (or as the<br />

case may be) [or Procured one M.N. to cause poison to be taken by one E.F. at S.<br />

in the colony of New South Wales (or as the case may be), with intent unlawfully<br />

to kill him (or as the case may be)], which act, if it had been done by the said<br />

A.B. himself would have been [or which act so done by the said M.M. was] an<br />

ofTence under the laws in force in New South Wales (or &e.) :<br />

And the said Attorney-General [or J.J.K.] further informs the Court that this<br />

prosecution is instituted against the said A.B. at the request of the Government<br />

of New South Wales (or $6.).<br />

WO. 350.-ATTEMPTS TO PROCURE COMMISSION OF CRIMINAL ACTS<br />

OUT OF QUEENSLAND.<br />

Section 539.<br />

See Form No. 341, which use, inserting in the appropriate place the words<br />

at S. in the colony of New South Wales (or as the case may be), and adding at<br />

thP end the following words, which act, if it had been done by the said A.B. [or<br />

M.N.], would have been an offence under the law in force in New South Wales<br />

(or &c.).<br />

Also add the following statement: Ancl the said Attorney-General [or J.J.K.]<br />

further informs the Court that this prosecution is instituted against the said A.B.<br />

at the request of the Government of New South Wales (or &e.).<br />

GA-OFFENCES ON HIGH SEAS.<br />

Being a person coniiecteil with <strong>Queensland</strong>, while on [in, under, over, as the<br />

case may be] the high seas within 200 miles of <strong>Queensland</strong> unlawfully killed one<br />

C.D. lor other act or omission as the case may be] which act [or omission], if it<br />

had been done [or made] in Queenslijlld by the said AB. would have been an offence<br />

against the Statute Law of QueenslanC1.<br />

of <strong>Queensland</strong> unlawfully wounded one C.D. [or other act or omission affecting the<br />

said C.D. or property of the said C.D.], a person conn6cted with <strong>Queensland</strong> which<br />
