BAIILOT.<br />

Section 109.<br />

State the hotding of the election as in Form No. 55, and proreed: at which<br />

election the voting was by ballot: And that A.R. on &c. at &c., having as an<br />

elector received a ballot paper from one S.T., the presiding officcr at a polling<br />

booth iii use at the said election,<br />

(a) wilfuily made [or a-rote] on the said ballot paper a mark [or certain<br />

words (or figiires)] no& expressly authorised by law to be made [or written] thereon,<br />

that is to day, his number 011 the electcral roll for the %aid Electoral District (or<br />

as the case may be) ;<br />

or (h) and having dealt with the said ballot paper SO as to s11ow for what<br />

candidate [or omididates] be intended to vote, wilfuUy failed to fold up his said<br />

ballot paper in such a marmx as to conceal! the names of the candidates;<br />

or (e) wilfully fajlecl to deposii the said ballot paper in %lie ballot box in tht?<br />

presence of the said presiding ollicer.<br />

section 110.<br />

State the holding of the election, as in Form No. 56, nnd proceed: at wrhich<br />

sod being called upon to strike out from a ballot paper then demanded and<br />

or (2.) Being a prosiding ofiicer nt a polling booth in use at the said election,<br />

did, wliilst one E.P., an elector voting at the said election, was preparing his<br />

ballot psper in a eompartment then and there provided for the use of electors<br />

actually voting, wiIful!y allow another person, namely, one B.E, [or by the said<br />

Attorney-General (or J.J.K.) un!mown] to be in the said compartment.<br />
