YO. 100.-RESCUING INSANE PERSONS.<br />

Section 146.<br />

(I.) Rescued one M.N. while he was being conveyed as an insane person to<br />

[or Rescued one M.N. during his confinement as an insane person in] a hospital<br />

[or reception house] for the insane [or a house licensed under the laws relating to<br />

insane pirsons for the reception of patients 01 a prison].<br />

(2.) Being in charge of one M.N. while he was being conveyed as an insane<br />

person to a hospital (or &. as in (l)), wilfully permitted him to escape from<br />

custody.<br />

(3.2 Being a superintendent of [or a person employed in] a hospital (or &e.<br />

as in (l)), wilfully permitted one M.N., who was then confined therein as an insane<br />

person, to escape therefrom.<br />

(4.) Concealed one M.N., who had then lately been rescued [OY had then lately<br />

escape&; while he was being conveyed as an insane person to [or during his<br />

confinement as an insane person in] a hospital (or &c. as in (l)), as he the said<br />

A.B. then well knew.<br />

Section 147.<br />

Certain goods, namely 100 cattle, had been attached [or taken] by the sheriff'<br />

of <strong>Queensland</strong> (or as the case may be) under tho process [or authority] of the<br />

Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> (or as the case may be): And that A.B. on &c.<br />

at &e., while the said goods were so attached [or taken], and were in the custody<br />

of the said sheriff (or &.), knowingly, and with intent to defeat the said attachment<br />

yor process], recaived [or removed or retained or concealed or disposed of]<br />

the said goods.<br />

Section 148.<br />

Wilfully obstructed [of resisted] one E.F., who was then lawfully charged with<br />

the execution of an order of the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> [OT of a warrarit<br />

lawfully issued under the authority of the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong>] (01. as<br />

the case may be).<br />

TTII.-OFFENCES RELATING TO THE COIN.<br />

NO. 103.-COUNTERFEITING GOLD OR SILVER COIN.<br />

Section 150.<br />

Made [or Began to make] a counterfeit gold [or silver] coin apparently<br />

intended to pass for the current coin called sovereigns for for a coin of the United<br />

States of Amaexica called dollars (or as the case may be)].<br />

NO. 104.-PREPARATION FOR COINING GOLD OR SILVER COIN.<br />

Section 153.<br />

(1.) Gilded [or Silvered] a piece of metal of a fit size [or figure] to be coined,<br />

with intent that it should be coined into a counterfeit coin apparently intended<br />

to pass for the current gold coin called sowreigns (or as the case may be) [or<br />

for a coin of the United States of America, called dollars (or as the case may be)].<br />

(2.) Made a piece of metal into a fit size [or figure] to facilitate the coining<br />

from it of a counterfeit gold lor silver] current coin apparently intended to pass<br />

for the current coin called sovereigns (or as the case mug be, as in (l)), with<br />

intent: that such counterfeit coin should be made from it,<br />

(3.) Without lawful authority or excuse.<br />

(a) bought [or sold or reoeived or paid or disposed of] [or offered to buy (or<br />

sell or receive or pay or dispose of)] from [or to] one M.N. [ten] counterfeit gold<br />

[or silver] coins apparently intended to pass for the current coin called sovereigns<br />

(or as the case may be, as in (I)), at a lower rate than the same imported [or<br />

were apparently intended to import] ;<br />

or (5) brought [or received] into <strong>Queensland</strong> [ten] counterfeit gold [or silver]<br />

coins apparently intended to pass for the current coin called sovereigns (or as the<br />

case may be, as in (1)) : And that: the said AB. then knew that the same were<br />

Counterfeit;<br />

or (e) made [or mended 01" began (or prepared) to make (or mend) or had in<br />

his possession or disposed of to one M.N.] a stamp [or mould] which was adapted<br />

to make the resemblance of [part of] both [or one of the] sides of the current
