NO. 92.-BRINGING FICTITIOUS ACTION ON PENAL STATUTE.<br />

Section 138.<br />

Brought in the name of X.Y., a fictitious person, as plaintiff [or in the name<br />

of one X.Y. as plaintiff, but withoat his authority], an action in the Supreme Court<br />

of <strong>Queensland</strong> (or as the cae may be) against ono E.F. upon the Statute (describe<br />

tt by its short title, if any, or b?/ the year and nzimber) for the recovery of a penalty<br />

€or an offence then lately committed. [or alleged to have been then latcly committed]<br />

by the said E.F. against the provisions of the said Statute.<br />
