NO. 233.-CONCEALING REGISTERS.<br />

Section 399.<br />

Concealed [or Took from its lawful place of deposit] a register which was thec<br />

authorised [or required] by law to be kept for authenticating [or recording] tho<br />

title to real property [or to certain personal property] [or for recording births ( ~ 7<br />

baptisms OT marriages or deaths OT burials)] [or a copy of part of a register which<br />

was then (&. as above), which copy was required by law to be sent to the<br />

Registrar-General (or as the case may be)], with intent thereby then to defraud.<br />

NO. 234.-CONCEALING WILLS.<br />

Section 400.<br />

Concealed a, will [or eodicil] purporting to be the will [or a codicil to the will]<br />

of one E.F., with intent thereby then to defraud.<br />

NO. 235.-CONCEALING DEEDS.<br />

Section 401.<br />

Concealed [part of] a document which was evidence of the title of one E.F. to<br />

land [or to an estate in land] at A., with intent thereby then to defraud.<br />

NO. 236.-KILLING ANIMALS WITH INTENT TO $TEAL.<br />

Section 402.<br />

Killed a COW (or as the case mag be) with intent to steal [part of] the skin<br />

;or carcass] thereof.<br />

NO. 237.-SEVERING WITH INTENT TO STEAL.<br />

Section 403.<br />

Severed and made moveable a fence [or certain gold-bearing ore or part of a<br />

tree (or as the case may be),] the property of one E.F., with intent CO steal the<br />

same.<br />

NO. 238.-USING REGISTERED BRANDS WITH CRIMINAL INTENTION.<br />

Section 404.<br />

Branded [or Marked] a horse (or as the case may be) with the registered brand<br />

Lor mark] of one E.F. without the permission of the said E.F., and with intent<br />

thereby then to facilitate the commission of a crime.<br />

NO. 239.-FRAUDULENTLY DEALING WITH MINERALS IN MINES.<br />

Section 405.<br />

Took [or Concealed or Sold (or as the case may be)] certain gold-bearing ore<br />

(or as the case may be) in [or about] a mine, the property of the X.Y. Company<br />

Limited, with intent thereby then to defraud.<br />

NO. 240.---BRIP\’GING STOLEN GOODS INTO QUEENSLAND.<br />

Section 406.<br />

Having then lately at S., in the Colony of New South Wales, obtained a watch<br />

(or as the case may be) by such means that if he had obtained the sawe in Queens-<br />

land by the like means he would have been guilty of stealing the same, brought<br />

the same into [or had the same in his possession in] <strong>Queensland</strong>: And that the<br />

obtaining of the said watch (or &c.) by the means aforesaid was an offence under<br />

the laws in force in New South Wales.<br />

NO. 241.---FRAUDULENT DISPOSITION OF‘ MORTGAGED GOODS.<br />

Section 407.<br />

Being the mortgagor of certain sheep (or as the case may be) which were then<br />

mortgaged to one E.F., removed Tor disposed of] the said sheep (OT &c.) without<br />

the consent of the said E.F., and with intent thereby then to defraud.
