caused to be made] openly and with a loud voice a proclamation in the words<br />

following, that is to say, “Our Sovereign Lady the Queen charges and commands<br />

all persons here assembled immediately to disperse themselves and peaceably to<br />

depart to their habitations or to their lawful business, or they will be guilty of<br />

a crime, and will be liable to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for life;<br />

God save the Queen”: Yet the said AB. [and C.D.] and others being so assembled,<br />

continued together to the number of twelve [and more], and did not dis erse<br />

themselves within the space of an hour after the said proelamation was SO maf;e.<br />

(2.) Divers persons to the number of twelve [and more] were riotously assembled<br />

together: And that thereupon one S.T., a justice of the peace (or as the case may<br />

be), went to make [or began to make] a proclamation commanding the said persons<br />

so assembled to disperse themselves, as by law it was his duty to do: And that<br />

A.B. [and C.D.] then and there wilfully and knowingly and by force opposed [or<br />

obstructed or hurt] the said S.T. in the performance of his duty aforesaid, and<br />

thereby prevented such proclamation from being made.<br />

(3.) And other persons were riotously assernbled together to the number of<br />

twelve Land more]: And that thereupon one S.T., a justice of the peace (or as<br />

the case may be), went to make [or began to make! a proclamation eomrnnading<br />

the said persons so assembled to disperse themselves, as by law it was his daty to<br />

proclamation would or ought to have been made if the making thereof had not<br />

been so prevented, and knowing of such prevention, continued together with others<br />

of the persons so assembled to the number of twelve [and more], and did not disperse<br />

themselves within the space of an hour after the time o€ such prevention.<br />

Section 65.<br />

[And other persons,) being riotously assembled together [to the number of three<br />

(and more)], unlawfully pulled down [or destroyed or began to pull down (or<br />

destroy)] a building, namely, a church (OT as the case may be, describing the<br />

building) [or certain fixed (or mot.eable) machinery, namely, a steam engine (or<br />

electrical engine or as the case may be), the property of one E.F.] [or a barn (or<br />

as the case may be) used in farming land the property of one E.F.] [or a bridge<br />

three (and more)], unlawfully damaged a building (or as the case may be, descrtbe<br />

the building or property as in preceding Form).<br />

Section 67.<br />

And other persons assenibled together to the number of three [and more]<br />

armed with firearms [or with dangerous (or offensive) weapons, namely, airguns,<br />

or as the case may be].<br />

(a) In order to unlawfully ship [or unship or load or move or carry away] [or<br />

to aid in the unlawful shipping (or unshipping or loading or moving or carrying<br />

away) of] certain goods the importation whereof was prohibited by law [or certain<br />

goods liable to duties of Customs, which duties had not been paid or secured];<br />

or (b) in order to rescue [or take or aid in rescuing (or taking)] certain goods<br />

&, as in (a)) from one E.F., who was lawfully authorised to seize the said<br />

goods [or from one G.H., who was then and there employed by (or assisting) one<br />

E.F., who was lawfully authorised to seize the said goods] [or from a place of<br />

deposit wherein one E.F., who was lawfully authorised to seize the said goods,<br />

had put them] ;<br />

or (0) in order to rescue [or aid in rescuing] one M.N., who had then lately<br />

been arrested on a charge of a crime relating to the Customs;<br />

or (d) in order to prevent [or aid in preventing] the arrest of one M.N., who<br />

had then lately (state the crime committed by M.N. as i% an indictment);
