Whereas the Honourable Mr. Justice C. has granted a writ of habeas corpus,<br />

directed to the superintendent of Her Majesty's prison B., commanding him to<br />

have the body of A.B. before the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> (or as the case may<br />

be be., recite writ) :<br />

Sow take notice that, by virtue of the said writ, the said A.B. will be brought<br />

before the said Court (or as the case may be) at the hour of in the<br />

noon 011 clay, the day of , in order that he, the said<br />

A.R., may be admitted to bail personally to appear at the next Circuit Court at M.<br />

(or as the case may be), then and there to aiiswer to all such charges as on Her<br />

Majesty's behalf shall be then and there made against him: And further take<br />

condition that if the said A.B. shall personally appear at the Circuit Court at M,<br />

on the day of next, (or as the case may be), and surrender<br />

himself into the custody of the superiIiteIident of the prison there, and answer all<br />

such charges as on Her Majesty's behalf then and there be made against him,<br />

and take his trial upon the same, and not depart that Court without leave, then<br />

this recognizance shall be void, but otherwise shall remain in full force: And<br />

further that each of the above persons severally acknowledged that upon any<br />

adjournment of the trial referred to herein this recognizance may without his further<br />

consent be enlarged by R Court to extend to the time and place to which the trial<br />

is adjourned.<br />
