Section 84.<br />

Being then employed in the Public Service of <strong>Queensland</strong>, radvisedly] communicated<br />

to one M.N. otherwise than in the course of his official duty a plan<br />

[or a document or certain information] relating to a battery [or field work or<br />

fortification] at L. in the said colony [or relating to the defences of the said colony].<br />

NO. 43.-OBTAINING DISCLOSURE OF SECRETS RELATING TO /<br />

DEFENCES.<br />

Section 85.<br />

(1.) Procured one M.N., who was then employed in the Public Service of<br />

<strong>Queensland</strong>, to eornrnunicate to him otherwise than in the course OB his oflicial<br />

duty, a plan (&e. as in preceding Form).<br />

(2.) Wit~iout lawful authority obtained information as to a battery [or field<br />

work or fortification] at L. in the said colony [or relating to the defences of<br />

<strong>Queensland</strong> at T. (or as the case may be)].<br />

NO. 44.-DISCLOSURE OF OTHER OFFICIAL SECRETS.<br />

Section 86.<br />

Was employed in the Public Service of <strong>Queensland</strong>, and that it had then lately<br />

come to his knowledge by virtue of his office that the Government of the said<br />

Colony had given orders for the immediate, purchase of 5,000 horses for military<br />

purposes (or as the case may be), which fact it was his duty to keep secret [or<br />

and that a certain document, namely, a confidential telegram from the Secretary<br />

of State for the Colonies (or as the case may be, describe it shortly), had then<br />

lately come to his possession by virtue of his office, which document it was his duty<br />

to keep secret]: And that the said A.B. published [or communicated] the fact [or<br />

document] aforesaid to one M.N., who was not a person to whom he was bound<br />

to publish [or communicate] it.<br />

Section 87.<br />

(1.) Being employed in the Public Service of <strong>Queensland</strong> [or Being the holder<br />

of the office of Mayor of the MunicipaIity of A. (or as the case may be)], ancl<br />

being charged by virtue of such employment [or office] with the duty of (state the<br />

duty), corruptly asked LOT received or obtaiiied or agreed (OT attempted) to receive<br />

(or obtain)] from one M.N. a sum of money [or an extension of credit in respect of<br />

a. debt then due by him to the said M.N. (or as the oase may be)] on account of his<br />

having in the discharge of the duties of his office aforesaid, allowed the said M.N.<br />

[or one O.P.] to misappropriate public property under his control [or. to perform<br />
