was then aiding the said A.B. in the unlawful shipping (or as the case may be,<br />

No. 24.-SMUGGLING UNDER ARMS OR IN DISGUISE.<br />

Section 68.<br />

And other persons were found assembled together, to the number of six [and<br />

more], having then with them certain goods liable to forfeiture under the ,laws<br />

relating to the Customs, namely, opium (or as the case may be), and then carrying<br />

firearms [or dangerous or offensive] weapons, namely, cane knives (or as the case<br />

may be) [or and being then disguised].<br />

NO. 25.-GOING ARMED SO AS TO CAUSE FEAR.<br />

(2.) Attempted to provoke one E.F. to challenge one G.R. to fight a duel<br />

with him.<br />

NO. 30.---PRIZE FIGHT.<br />

(1.) Fought in a prize fight with one M.N. [or Fought together in a prim<br />

fight],<br />

(2.) Subscribed to [or Promoted] a prize fight between one M.N. and one O.P.<br />

NO. 31.-THREATENING VIOLENCE.<br />

number of three Land morej for the purpose of unshipping [or carrying or con-<br />

cealing] certain goods then subject to Customs duty and liable to forfeiture under<br />

the laws relating to the Customs.
