KO. 342.-P~EPA~ATIQN TO COMMIT CRIME WIITEI‘ EXPLOSIVES.<br />

Section 540.<br />

Made [or Knowingly had in his possession] an explosive [or dangerous1 suhstance<br />

[or a dangerous (or noxious) engine (or ins~ru~~~lt or thing)], namely,<br />

dynamite [or a bomb or a sandbag (or as the case may be)], with intent by means<br />

thereof to commit a crime [or for the purpose of enabling one M.N. (or another<br />

person to the Attorney-General (or the said J.J.K.) unknown) to commit a crime<br />

11.-CONSPILEACY.<br />

NO. 343.-CUNSPIRING TU COMMIT CRIME OR MISDEMEANQUR.<br />

Sections 541, 545,<br />

Conspired together [or with one M.N. or with divers persons to the said<br />

Attorney-General (or J.J.K.) unknown] to cause poison to be taken by one E.F.<br />

with intent unlawfully to kill him (or as the case may be, describing the offence<br />

intended to be committed in the appropriate Form),<br />

If the offence is intended to be committed out of <strong>Queensland</strong> insert in the<br />

appropriate place a statement of the place of the intended ofence as thus: “at S,<br />

in the, colony of New South Wales,’’ and add: which act, if it had been done in<br />

pursuance of the said conspiracy, would have been an offence under the laws in<br />

force in New South Wales (or as the case may be).<br />

NO. 344.--OTHER CONSPIRACIES.<br />

Section 543.<br />

Conspired together (or &. as in preceding Form).<br />

(a) to prevent [or defeat1 the execution [or enforcement] of the pmvisions of<br />

the (describe the <strong>Act</strong> by its short title, if any, or by the year and number) relating<br />

to tbe discoverv of infectious diseases in human beings (or as the case may be) :<br />

or (bj to cause the health of one E.F. to be injuriously affected by exposing<br />

him to danger of disease [or to defame one E.F. or to depreciate the value of<br />

certain property of one E.F., namely, (describe it), (or as the case may be> ;<br />

or (e) to prevent [or obstruet] the free and lawful disposition by one E.F. of<br />

certain property belonging to him, namely, (describe it), for its fair value;<br />

or (d) to injure one E.F. in his profesdon of a solicitor [or surgeon (or as the<br />

case may be)] ;<br />

or (e) to prevent [or obstruct] by (state the acts done (see Porn& No. 337)) the<br />

free and lawful exercise by the said E.P. [or of one G.H.] of his trade [or<br />

profession or occupation] of a carpenter (or as the case may be) ;<br />

or (f) to procure the arrest of one E.F. as and for one M.N. on a charge of<br />

stealing then lately preferred against the said M.N. (or as the case may be) j<br />

or (9) to bring about an alteration in the by-laws of the Municipal Council of<br />

A. by systematically procuring breaches of the said by-laws in such numbers that<br />

the said Municipal Council could not effectively proceed against the offenders (or<br />

as the case may be).<br />
