NO. 137.---DISOBEDIENCE TO STATUTE LAW.<br />

Section 204.<br />

(1.) Without lawful excuse (state the forbidden act done), contrary to the<br />

provisions of the <strong>Act</strong> (describe it by its short title, if any, or by the year and<br />

number) ~<br />

(2.) Being (state position or condition giving rise to duty), without lawful<br />

excuse omitted to (state the omitted act), as by the provisions of the <strong>Act</strong> (describe<br />

it as above) he was required to do.<br />

NO. 138.-DISOBEDIENCE TO IAWFUL ORDER ISSUED BY STATUTORY<br />

AUTIIORITY.<br />

Section 205.<br />

On $c. an order was made by the Supreme Court of <strong>Queensland</strong> [or by the<br />

Home 8eeretary (or as the case may be) under and in execution of the provisjons<br />

of the <strong>Act</strong> of (describe it by its short title, if any, or by the year and number)]<br />

NO. 139.-OFFERIiYG VIOLENCE TO OFFICIATING MINISTERS OF<br />

BELIGION.<br />

Section 206.<br />

(1.) By threats [or force] prcventeci [or attempted to prevent] one E.F., a<br />

minister of religion, from lawfully officiating in a place of religious worship [or<br />

from performing his duty in the lawful burial of the dead in a cemetery (or as the<br />

case may be)].<br />

(2.) By threats lor force] obstructed [or attempted to obstruct] one E.F. a<br />

minister of religion, while lie was lawfully oaciating in a place of religious worship<br />

[or while he was performing his duty in the lawful burial of the dead in a cemetery<br />

(or as the case may be) 1.<br />

(3.) Assaulted for Arrested, under the pretence of executing civil process], one<br />

E.F., a minister of religion, who was then, as the said AB. then well knew,<br />

engaged [or about to engage] in lawfully officiating in a place of religious worship<br />

Lor in performing his duty in (& as in (1)) J [or who was then, as the said A.B.<br />

then well knew, going to lawfully officiate in a place of religious worship (or going<br />

to perform his duty ($c. as above) or returning from lawfully officiating ($e. US<br />

NO. 140.-DISTURBING RELIGIOUS WORSHIP.<br />

Section 207.<br />

(1.) Wilfully and without lawful justification or excuse disquieted [or disturbed]<br />

a meeting of persons lawfully assembled for religious worship.<br />

(2.) Wilfuliy and without lawful justification or excuse assaulted one E.F.<br />

while he was lawfully officiating at [OT one E.F. one of the persons assembled at]<br />

a meeting of persons lawfully assembled for religious worship.<br />

II.-OFFENCES AGAINST MORALITY.<br />

NO. 14 1 .-UN NATURAL OFFENCES.<br />

Section 208.<br />

(1.) Had carnal knowledge of one E.F. against the order of nature.<br />

(2.) Had carnal knowledge of a cow (or as the ease may be).<br />

(3.) Perniittcd one E.$'. to have carnal knowledge of him [or her] against the<br />

order of nature.<br />

NO. 142.-ATTEMPT TO COMMIT UNNATURAL OFFENCES.<br />

Section 209.<br />

Attempted to have carnal knowledge [or permit one E.F. to have carnal<br />

kiiowledge] ($c. as in preceding Form).
