or a machine) whi& was adapted for cutting round blanks oub of gold (07 as the
case mny be)]: And that the said A.B. then knew that the said press [or tool or
instrument or machine] llad been used [or was intended to be used] for making
eounterfeit gold [OT silver] coins appparently resembling the, 2urrenD coin called
sovereigns (or as the case may be, as in (1)) j
or (f) knowingly conveyed out of the Mint of our said Lady the Queen at
Brisbane [a useful part, namely, a (describe it) of] a stamp (or as the case may be)
used [or employed] in coining [or certain coin, namely, fiPty sovereigns] [or certain
gold (or silver) bullion or certain metal, namely, copper or a mixturel of gold and
copper (or as the case may be)].

Diminished the weight of a piece [or ton pieces] of current gold [or silver] coin,
namely, a sovereign (or as the case may &e) with intent that, when so dealt with, it
[or they] might pass as current gold [or silver1 coin.

his posmxwion, besides the counterfeit coin so uttered by him, another [or other]

And further that on the same day [or within ten days thereafter, namely, on

that the same were counterfeit.
