Section 51.<br />

(!.) .In contravention of the directions of :A Proclamation of the Governor in<br />

Cmneil in that behalf traiiki [or drilled], one M.N. a d others [to the said<br />

Attorney-General (or to the said J.J.K.) unknown] to the use of wms [or to the<br />

practice of military exercises (or movernents or evolutions) 1.<br />

(2.) Was present at a meeting [or assembly] of persons beld in contravention<br />

of the directions of a Proclamation of the Governor in Council in that behalf for<br />

the purposc of there training [or drilling] divers other persons [OT me M.N. and<br />

others (Bc., as in (I))] to the use of arms (or &., as in (1)).<br />

Section 52.<br />

the alteration of certain matters in the Slate, as by law established, otherwise than<br />

or (c) to promote feelings of iilwill and enmity between different classes of the<br />

subjecls of our said Lady the Queen.<br />

[or writing] following, that is to say (set out or describe the seditious wOrd~,or<br />

writing wcth such innuendoes as muy be necessary to set forth any meaning<br />

attribi~ted to it which is not apparent on its face).<br />

Section 53.<br />

TJnlamfully spoke [or wrote or printed] and published of and concerning the<br />

Queen of the Netherlands (or as the case may be) the defamatory matter following<br />

(set out or describe the matter in question with smh innuendoes as may be necessary<br />

to show that it tcnds to expose the KWnce or person defamed to hatred and contempt<br />

in the estimation of the people of the Poreign State).<br />

Section 54.<br />

(1.) Advisedly wrote and sent to the Governor of <strong>Queensland</strong> a letter threatening<br />

to kill [or asrjault OT make a false accusation against] the said Governor, if<br />

he did n.)t remit the sentence of death then lately passed upon one M.N. [or if he<br />

did not forthwith dismiss his Ministers] (or as the case may be, sat out the act<br />

charged): Such act of the said A.B. being calculated to interfere with the free<br />

exercise by the said Governor of the duties [or authority] of his office.<br />

(2,) Advisedly wiotc and seat to one R.P., then being a member of the<br />

Executive Council of <strong>Queensland</strong>, ZL letter threatening to do him bodily harm if he<br />

did not, as a member of ihe said Executive Council, eoncur in advising the Governor<br />

of the said Colony to appoint one M.N. to an offiee of profit in the Public Service
