No. 6.-JUDGMENT ON MOTION IN ARREST OF JUDGMENT.<br />

After entry of cerdict proceed as follows:-And thereupon the said A.B., being<br />

asked if li% has anything to say why judgment should not be pronounced upon him,<br />

moved [or motion was made on his behalf] that judgment might be arrested: And<br />

thereupon it is adjudged by the Court that judgment upon the said confession [or<br />

verdict] be arrested, and that the said A.B. do go free from the said charge [or<br />

that the judgment of the Court shall be pronounced upon the said confession (OT<br />

verdict) : <strong>The</strong>refore it is adjudged (&a as in Form No. 4)].<br />

NO. 7.-ORDER ON FINDING THAT THE ACCUSED PERSON IS<br />

INSANE.<br />

<strong>Code</strong>, Section 645.<br />

<strong>The</strong>refore it is ordered that the said A.B. be kept in strict eustody in Her<br />

Majesty's prison at B. (or as the case may be) until he can be dealt with undey the<br />

laws relating to insane persons.<br />

NO. 8.-ENTRY OF STAY ON NOLLE PROSEQUI.<br />

<strong>The</strong>refore it is ordered that all further proceedings against the said A. B. upon<br />

the said indictment [or information] be stayed.<br />

thereafter as counsel can be heard, on behalf of Z.Y. of &e., for an order calling<br />

upon you to show cause why an information should not be presented against you<br />

for that you [or some or one of you] (state offence intended to be charged as in 071<br />

indictment).<br />
