XIV -FRAUDULENT DEBTORS.<br />

NO. 323.-ABSCONDING WITH PROPERTY IN CONTEMPLATIOE OF OR<br />

IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSOLVEKCY.<br />

Section 519.<br />

(1.) Being an insolvent, departed from Queeiisland and took with him [or<br />

attempted (or prepared) to depart from <strong>Queensland</strong> and to take with him] part of<br />

his property, namely, $ (or as the case may be, describe the property) [of the<br />

value of (upwards of) $401, which ought by law to have been divided amongst his<br />

creditors.<br />

(2.) Departed from <strong>Queensland</strong> and took with him (or Attempted to depart<br />

from <strong>Queensland</strong> and to take with him (gc. as in (l)), which ought by law, in the<br />

event of his becoming insolvent, to have been divided amongst his creditors, and<br />

within fow months afterwards became an insolvent.<br />

NO. 324.--FRAUDS BY INSOLVENTS.<br />

Section 520.<br />

(1.) Being an insolvent,<br />

(a) fraudulently removed part of his property of the value of [upwards of] $20,<br />

namely, (describe it) ;<br />

or (b) fraudulmtly parted with [or altered or made an omission in or was privy<br />

to fraudulently parting with (or altering 07’ making an omission in)] a documelit<br />

affecting [or relating to] his property [or affairs], namely, a statement purporting<br />

to be a list of secured creditors (or as the case may be).<br />

(2.) Fraudulently (4%. as in (1) (a) or (b) ); and within four months after-<br />

wards became an insolvent.<br />

(3.) Being an insolvent, attempted to account for part of his property, namely,<br />

(describe it) by alleging fictitious losses [or expenses].<br />

(4.1 At a meeting of his creditors attempted to account for (4c. as in (3) ),<br />

and within four months afterwards became an insolvent.<br />

(5.) By falsely representing tcv one E.F. that (state substance of fraud or false<br />

representation), [or Under the false pretence of carrying on business (or as the case<br />

,may be)] obtained certain property, namely, (describe it), on credit from the said<br />

[Or one] E.F., and did not pay for the same: And that the said A.B. within four<br />

months afterwands became an insolvent.<br />

NO. 325.--OTHER FRAUDS BY INSOLVENTS.<br />

Section 521.<br />

(1.) Being an insolvent,<br />

(a) concealed part of his property of the value of [upwards of] $20, namely<br />

(describe it) ;<br />

or (b) concealed a debt due to him by [or due by him to] one M.N., and<br />

a~ounting to $<br />

(2.) Concealed (&e. as in (I) (a) or (b) ) [or Obtained property, namely<br />

(describe it), from one E.F. under the false pretence of carrying on business and<br />

dealing in the ordinary way of trade, and did not pay for the same] [or Pawned<br />

(or Pledged or Disposed of otherwise than in the ordinary way of trade) certain<br />

property, namely (describe it), which he had obtained on credit and had not paid<br />

for]: And that the said A.B. within four months afterwands became an insolvent.<br />

No. 326.-FALSIFICATION OF BOOKS BY INSOLVENTS.<br />

Section 522.<br />

(1.) Being an insolvent, concealed [or destroyed or altered or mutilated or<br />

falsified or was privy to the concealment (or destruction or alteration or mutilation<br />

or falsification) of ran entry in] a book [or document or account] relating to his<br />

property [or affairs], namely, a ledger (or as the ease m y be)].<br />

(2.) Being an insolvent, mad& [or was privy to making] a f.tlse entry in a book<br />

(or &e., as .In (1)).<br />

(3.) Concealed (or bc., as-in (1)) [or Made (or &e., as in (2))], and within<br />

four months afterwards became an insolvenk.
