Wilfully and unlawfully killed [or maimed or wounded] a horse (or as the case<br />

may be), the property of one E.F.<br />

NO. 283.-MALICIOUS INJURIES : GENERAL FORM.<br />

Section 469.<br />

TVilfully and unlwfully destroyed [or damaged] a steam engine, the property<br />

of one E.E. [or his own property, with intent thereby then to defraud].<br />

NO. 284.-TIIE LIKE WITH CIRCUMSTANCES OF AGGRAVATION.<br />

(a.) Wilfully and uiiltlwfully destroyed [or damaged] a dwelling-house [or<br />

vessel], the property of one E.F., by the explosion of gunpowder (or as the case<br />

may be): And that one G.H. was then in the said dwelling-house [or vessel]<br />

[or And that the life of one G.H. was thereby actually endangered].<br />

(b.) Wilfully or unlawfully destroyed [or damaged] a bank of the sea (or as<br />

the case may be), whereby actual danger of inundation [or damage] was occasioned<br />

to land lor a building], the property of one E.F.<br />

(c.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed a railway [or a bridge (or viaduct or<br />

aqueduct) constructed over a highway (or over a railway or over a canal) or a<br />

bridge (or viaduct or aqueduct) over which a highway (or railway or canal)<br />

passed].<br />

(d.) Wilfully and unlawfully damaged a railway (or &c. as in (c) ) , with intent<br />

thereby to render [part of] the said railway (or as the case may be) dangerous<br />

[or impassable], and that the same was thereby rendered dangerous [or<br />

impassable].<br />

(e.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed [or damaged] a will [or codicil] pur-<br />

porting to be the will [or a codicil to the will] of one E.F. [or a register which<br />

was then authorised (or required) by law to be kept for authenticating (or<br />

recording) the title to real property (or to certain personal property) (or for<br />

recording births (or as the case mag be))] [or a copy of part of a register which<br />

was then (&. as above), wliich copy was required by law to be sent to the Registrar-<br />

General (or as the case may be)].<br />

(f.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed [or damaged] a vess4 which was then<br />

in distress [or stranded] [or which had then lately been wrecked] -or a boat (or as<br />

the case mag be) belonging to a vessel which (&c. as above)].<br />

(9.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed [or damagedl the permanent way [or<br />

an embankment (or as the case niny be)] of a railway [or a bridge or engine house<br />

or ashpit (or as the case may be) connected with a railway].<br />

(h.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed a vessel (&c. as in preceding Form).<br />

(i.) Wilfully and unlawfully damaged (bc. as in preceding Form), [and] with<br />

intent thereby then to destroy the said vessel [or to render the said vessel useless].<br />

(j.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed [or damaged] light [or beacon or buoy<br />

or mark or signal] used for purposes of navigation [or for the guidance of seamen].<br />

(k.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed [or damaged] a bank of the sea (or as<br />

6hf case may be).<br />

(1.) Wilfully and unlawfully damaged a railway (or bc. as in (c) with intent<br />

thereby (&c. as in (a)).<br />

(m.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed certain sugar theii in proc6sp: of<br />

manufacture (or as the case may be) (&a. as in preceding Form).<br />

(n.) Wilfully and unlawfully damaged (Bc. as in preceding Form) [and] with<br />

intent thereby to destroy the said sugar (or as the case may be) [or to render the<br />

said sugar (or &e.) useless].<br />

(0.) Wilfully and unlawfully (4c. as in preceding Form) [and] with intent<br />

thereby to damage [or obstruct the working of] the said mine.<br />

(p.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed ['or damaged] a machine (or as the<br />

case may se) appertaining to [or used with] a mine, the property of one E.F.<br />

(or &c. as in preceding Form).<br />

(4.) Wilfully and unlawfully destroyed a rope (or as the case may be) used<br />

[or used upon a way (or work) appertaining to (or used with)] a mine, the property<br />

of one E.F. (or &c. as iv preceding Form).
