Section 5.<br />

(a.) Beiiig a British subject, quitted the dominions of our said Lady the Queen<br />

without the licerise of our said Lady the Queen [or went, without the license of our<br />

said Lady the Queen, on board a ship with the view of quitting the dominions of<br />

our said Lady the Queen] with intent to accept a commission [or engagement]<br />

(&c. as in precedzng Form).<br />

(b.) Without the license of our said Lady the Queen induced one M.N. to quit<br />

[or to go on board a ship with the view of quitting] the dominions of our said Lady<br />

tlie Queen, with intent (&c. as in (a)).<br />

NO. 353.-EXBARKING PERSONS UNDER FAliSE REPRESENTATIONS<br />

AS TO SERVICE.<br />

Section 6.<br />

Induced one M.N. to quit the dominions of our said Lady the Queen [or to<br />

enittark on a ship at #c. within the dominions of our said Lady the Queen], under<br />

H. misrepresentation [or false representation] of the service in which the said<br />

M.K. was to be engaged, and with the iiitent [or in order] that the said M.N.<br />

might accept [or agree to accept] a commission [or engagement] (&c. as in Form<br />

No. 351).<br />

No. 354.-EMBARKING ILLEGALLY ENLISTED PERSONS.<br />

Section 7.<br />

Being tlie master [or owner] of the ship <strong>The</strong>tis, did without the license of our<br />

said Lady the Queen, knowingly [engage to] take [or knowingly have] on board<br />

tlie said ship one M.N., who, being a British subject, had then lately without the<br />

license of our said Lady the Queen accepted [or agreed to accept] a commission<br />

[or engagement] (&c. as in precedzng Forms) [or who being a British subject was<br />

then about to quit Her Majesty’s dominions without the license of our said Lady<br />

the Queen with intent to accept a commission [or engagement (&c. as above)] [or<br />

who had been induced to embark on board the said ship under a misrepresentation<br />

[or false representation] of the service in which he was to be engaged, find with<br />

the intent (&e. as zn preceding Form)].<br />

NO. 355.-ILLEGAL SHIPBUILDING AND EQUIPMENT.<br />

Section 8.<br />

(a.) Without the license of our said Lady the Queen built [or agreed to build<br />

or issued (or delivered) a commission for or equipped or despatched] a ship [or<br />

caused a ship to be built or caused (or allowed) a ship to be despatched], with intent<br />

that the same should for with knowledge (or having reasonable cwise to believe) that<br />

the same would] be employed in the military [or naval] service cgf a foreign State,<br />

name (name the State) which was then at war with a foreigir. State at peace<br />

with our said Lady the Queen, namely (name the State).<br />

Section 10.<br />

Before nientzonzng the aecziscd person state as follows:-On &c. a certain ship,<br />

rlmely, the Alabama, being thcn in the military [or naval] service of a foreign<br />

State (&c. a6 zn the last preceding Form) was at B., within the dominions of our<br />
