Organizational Chart<br />

The chart below reflects the organizational structure for the Human Resources Department. Three <strong>of</strong> the<br />

positions shown on the chart, a program supervisor and two senior human resources analysts, are funded<br />

in the employee healthcare self insurance fund and the risk management fund and are detailed on<br />

separate pages <strong>of</strong> this document. The remaining positions are funded in the general fund and are<br />

reflected in the personnel and expenditure tables.<br />

3. Personnel Appeals Board<br />

4. Judicial Selection Advisory Commission<br />

5. Disability Advisory Board<br />

Enhanced city-wide training program to include supervisor academy, additional skill-based, and<br />

compliance curriculum<br />

Implemented department-wide workforce planning to assist departments in identifying required<br />

staffing and employee skill sets to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved<br />
