Organizational Chart
The chart below reflects the organizational structure for the Human Resources Department. Three of the
positions shown on the chart, a program supervisor and two senior human resources analysts, are funded
in the employee healthcare self insurance fund and the risk management fund and are detailed on
separate pages of this document. The remaining positions are funded in the general fund and are
reflected in the personnel and expenditure tables.

Administrator for five boards and commissions:
1. Public Safety Retirement Board - Police
2. Public Safety Retirement Board - Fire
3. Personnel Appeals Board
4. Judicial Selection Advisory Commission
5. Disability Advisory Board
Enhanced city-wide training program to include supervisor academy, additional skill-based, and
compliance curriculum
Implemented department-wide workforce planning to assist departments in identifying required
staffing and employee skill sets to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved
