This course is designed to prepare the doctoral<br />

student for analyzing and interpreting organization<br />

science research. Major topic areas to be<br />

covered include correlation, regression, analysis<br />

of variance, and multivariate statistics. This<br />

course will also provide instruction in a statistical<br />

computer package.<br />

DBA 903. Research Methods III 3 credits<br />

This course is designed to prepare the doctoral<br />

student for advanced statistical techniques.<br />

Knowledge of statistical computer package necessary.<br />

Prerequisite: DBA 902.<br />

DBA 910. Readings Seminar: Organizational<br />

Behavior<br />

This course is designed to introduce doctoral students<br />

to theory and research in Organizational<br />

Behavior. Major topic areas to be covered<br />

include individual differences, motivation, leadership,<br />

teams, and decision making.<br />

This course is designed to introduce doctoral students<br />

to theory and research in Human Resource<br />

Management. Major topic areas to be covered<br />

include equal employment opportunity, job<br />

to theory and research in strategic management.<br />

industry structure and strategy, firm performance,<br />

to the methods used in design, data collection,<br />

analysis, and writing of cases in the<br />

Organizational Behavior and Human Resource<br />

This course is designed to introduce doctoral students<br />

to the methods used in design, data collection,<br />

These courses are intended to channel student<br />

interest into specific research modalities. These<br />

The dissertation is the culmination of the student’s<br />

academic achievements, and represents an<br />

original contribution by the student to the field of<br />

management. The dissertation is the student’s<br />

major research project.<br />

This course is designed to introduce doctoral students<br />

to theory and research in Organization<br />
