13 85 10 FIRE SPRINKLER MONITORING SYSTEM 1.00 GENERAL 1.01 SUMMARY A. This Section includes fire sprinkler monitoring system with manual station, detectors, notification appliances, signal equipment, controls, and devices. The system, accessories, and functions shall be configured to comply with the drawings, specifications, and all related codes and standards including but not limited to those listed and described in Section 1.02 DEFINITIONS, CODES, AND STANDARDS. B. Occupancy classification for this building is: 1. Group “B” – Office/Storage Areas. 2. Group “H” – Fertilizer/Chemical Room. C.
