Control de síntomasMarcos Gómez Sancho y Manuel Ojeda MartínMarcos Gómez Sancho y Manuel Ojeda Martín50NabumetonaEficaz antiinflamatorio a corto y largo plazo, con una buena tolerabilidadgastrointestinal y sin interacciones clínicamente relevantes con acenocumarol.Cómoda posología 1-2 g/día en una única dosis diaria.Dosis máxima:• 2 gr día.Nombre comercial:• RELIF (en comprimidos dispersables de 1 gr).MetamizolPor su actividad espasmolítica es muy efectivo en los dolores viscerales.Dosis máxima:• 8 gr diarios.Nombre comercial:• NOLOTIL (Cápsulas de 500 mg, supositorios de 1 gr y ampollas de2 gr). Las ampollas se pueden dar por vía oral (son amargas).IbuprofenoBuena analgesia en picos dolorosos. Se pueden dar hasta tres dosisconsecutivas con un intervalo de media hora cada una.Dosis máxima:• 2.400 mgr diarios.Nombre comercial:• ESPIDIFEN (sobres de 400 mg de Ibuprofeno-Arginina).
