________________________ Antea Group ________________________ SEM Mont-des-Lauriers – Projet CASCADES DE GARONNE à Lormont (33) Etude d’impact – Rapport n° 59932 METHODOLOGIE DE L’EVALUATION DES RISQUES SANITAIRES 1 ère étape : IDENTIFICATION DES DANGERS Rappel du contexte environnemental Description du milieu d’implantation du site : climatologie, hydrologie, géologie, hydrogéologie, trafic, installations industrielles… Identification de l’ensemble des sources potentielles de danger pour les populations riveraines Identification des vecteurs de transfert Identification des cibles Etablissement du schéma conceptuel Choix des substances Tout ce qui sort de l’emprise du site : chimique (rejets atmosphériques et aqueux…), physique (bruit, vibrations…) ou bactériologiques Ce qui permet de mettre en contact les populations avec les sources de danger : l’air par transport de gaz et particules, l’eau par transport de substances, le sol recevant les dépôts de particules. Des vecteurs secondaires existent : poissons, végétaux et animaux et produits dérivés (lait, œufs…) Populations (le plus souvent riveraines) susceptibles d’être exposées à un danger provenant du site étudié En fonction des habitudes comportementales des populations, sélection de scenarii d’exposition réalistes reposant sur l’existence simultanée d’une source, d’un vecteur et d’une cible Parmi les sources faisant l’objet d’un scénario d’exposition retenu, identification des substances rejetées et quantification des flux. Pour les rejets atmosphériques et aqueux : sélection des substances selon des critères de quantité et de toxicité. 2 ème étape : RELATIONS DOSE EFFET Recherche des relations dose-effet Recherche de la dangerosité des substances dont le flux a été quantifié ou des phénomènes physiques retenus (ex : bruit).
