Таким образом, эла<strong>с</strong>тография реального времени<br />

и эла<strong>с</strong>тография <strong>с</strong>двиговой волной являют<strong>с</strong>я<br />

чув<strong>с</strong>твительным и <strong>с</strong>пецифичным диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>ким<br />

методом, <strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обным количе<strong>с</strong>твенно оценить эла<strong>с</strong>тично<strong>с</strong>ть<br />

шейки матки на ранних <strong>с</strong>роках беременно<strong>с</strong>ти,<br />

как при нор<strong>мал</strong>ьной беременно<strong>с</strong>ти, так и при<br />

беременно<strong>с</strong>ти <strong>с</strong> вы<strong>с</strong>оким ри<strong>с</strong>ком невынашивания.<br />

Выводы<br />

При обобщении вышеизложенного <strong>с</strong>тановит<strong>с</strong>я<br />

очевидным, что ультразвуковая оценка о<strong>с</strong>обенно<strong>с</strong>тей<br />

ремоделирования шейки матки в первом триме<strong>с</strong>тре<br />

беременных методами ультразвуковой эла<strong>с</strong>тографии<br />

<strong>с</strong>по<strong>с</strong>обна <strong>с</strong> вы<strong>с</strong>окой долей вероятно<strong>с</strong>ти<br />

прогнозировать наличие ри<strong>с</strong>ка невынашивания по<br />

причине хромо<strong>с</strong>омной патологии плода у женщин<br />

группы вы<strong>с</strong>окого ри<strong>с</strong>ка. При <strong>с</strong>опо<strong>с</strong>тавлении диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кой<br />

информативно<strong>с</strong>ти ультразвуковой эла<strong>с</strong>тографии<br />

реального времени и ультразвуковой<br />

эла<strong>с</strong>тографии <strong>с</strong>двиговой волной было выявлено,<br />

что оба те<strong>с</strong>та <strong>обл</strong>адают вы<strong>с</strong>окой <strong>с</strong>пецифично<strong>с</strong>тью и<br />

NPV, однако, ультразвуковая эла<strong>с</strong>тография реального<br />

времени у<strong>с</strong>тупает в плане PPV.<br />
