В <strong>с</strong>татье об<strong>с</strong>уждают<strong>с</strong>я результаты ретро<strong>с</strong>пективного <strong>с</strong>плошного анализа и<strong>с</strong>торий болезни пациентов <strong>с</strong> летальными<br />
и<strong>с</strong>ходами обо<strong>с</strong>трений ХОБЛ, го<strong>с</strong>питализированных в <strong>с</strong>тационары Ре<strong>с</strong>публики Татар<strong>с</strong>тан и г. Казани в<br />
течение первых 6 ме<strong>с</strong>яцев календарного года. Изучены клинико-анамне<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кие и лабораторно-ин<strong>с</strong>трументальные<br />
диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кие подходы, выделены дефекты каче<strong>с</strong>тва медицин<strong>с</strong>кой помощи, которые могли оказать влияние<br />
на летальные и<strong>с</strong>ходы заболевания. На о<strong>с</strong>новании полученных результатов оптимизированы диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кие подходы<br />
к <strong>с</strong>воевременной верификации тяжелых обо<strong>с</strong>трений ХОБЛ в Ре<strong>с</strong>публике Татар<strong>с</strong>тан, требующие <strong>с</strong>воевременной<br />
коррекции терапии в у<strong>с</strong>ловиях <strong>с</strong>тационара и по<strong>с</strong>ледующей минимизации угрозы неблагоприятных и<strong>с</strong>ходов.<br />

The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis of in-patients medical charts with fatal outcomes of COPD exacerbations<br />
during the first 6 months of the year. We have analyzed diagnostic approaches, both clinic and laboratory and<br />
instrumental findings. The obtained results allow to optimize the diagnostic approaches to quick verification of severe COPD<br />
exacerbations in Tatarstan Republic, which require the hospital therapy correction and minimization of subsequent threats of<br />
adverse outcomes.<br />
