Статья по<strong>с</strong>вящена и<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ледованию <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тояния коагуляционного звена <strong>с</strong>и<strong>с</strong>темы гемо<strong>с</strong>таза методом тромбодинамики<br />
у 66 беременных и родильниц без преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ии, родоразрешенных оперативным путем по акушер<strong>с</strong>ким показаниям<br />
и/или эк<strong>с</strong>трагенитальной патологии (n=32), и у беременных и родильниц <strong>с</strong> преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ией различной <strong>с</strong>тепени<br />
тяже<strong>с</strong>ти также родоразрешенных оперативным путем (n=34). В обеих группах получена картина гиперкоагуляции,<br />
которая в группе преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ии значительно более выражена и медленнее приходит к норме, о<strong>с</strong>обенно у родильниц<br />
<strong>с</strong> тяжелой преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ией. Также показана прогно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кая значимо<strong>с</strong>ть метода тромбодинамики в <strong>с</strong>лучае нара<strong>с</strong>тания<br />
тяже<strong>с</strong>ти преэкламп<strong>с</strong>ии, выделены наиболее информативные параметры данного метода.<br />
