Об<strong>с</strong>ледовано 145 больных <strong>с</strong> хрониче<strong>с</strong>кой <strong>с</strong>ердечной недо<strong>с</strong>таточно<strong>с</strong>тью (ХСН) I-IV функционального кла<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>а. Выявление<br />
когнитивных нарушений о<strong>с</strong>уще<strong>с</strong>твляло<strong>с</strong>ь <strong>с</strong> помощью опро<strong>с</strong>ника MMSE, те<strong>с</strong>та 10 <strong>с</strong>лов, MOCA-те<strong>с</strong>та, пробы Шульте, а<br />
также те<strong>с</strong>та «Батарея лобной ди<strong>с</strong>функции»; определение каче<strong>с</strong>тва жизни ― по результатам Минне<strong>с</strong>от<strong>с</strong>кого опро<strong>с</strong>ника<br />
каче<strong>с</strong>тва жизни при ХСН (MLHFQ), Канза<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>кого опро<strong>с</strong>ника для больных кардиомиопатией (KCCQ) и опро<strong>с</strong>ника Сердюка. По<br />
результатам и<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ледования проводил<strong>с</strong>я корреляционный анализ для у<strong>с</strong>тановления взаимо<strong>с</strong>вязи изучаемых показателей. У<br />
пациентов, <strong>с</strong>традающих хрониче<strong>с</strong>кой <strong>с</strong>ердечной недо<strong>с</strong>таточно<strong>с</strong>тью, выявляют<strong>с</strong>я грубые когнитивные нарушения и значительное<br />
<strong>с</strong>нижение каче<strong>с</strong>тва жизни.<br />

Diagnosis of cognitive impairment and definition<br />
of the quality of life in patients suffering<br />
from chronic heart failure<br />

The study included 145 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) of the I-IV functional class. Identification of cognitive impairment was<br />
carried out using the MMSE questionnaire, the test of 10 words, MOCA-Test, Schulte sample and «Frontal Assessment Battery» test;<br />
the definition of life quality ― based on the results of the Minnesota Quality of Life Questionnaire in CHF (MLHFQ), the Kansas City<br />
Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) and the Serdyuk questionnaire. According to a study a correlation analysis was conducted to<br />
determine the correlation of the studied parameters. In patients with chronic heart failure cognitive impairment and significant reduction<br />
in quality of life are revealed.<br />

Одной из о<strong>с</strong>новных пр<strong>обл</strong>ем кардиологии являет<strong>с</strong>я<br />
хрониче<strong>с</strong>кая <strong>с</strong>ердечная недо<strong>с</strong>таточно<strong>с</strong>ть (ХСН),<br />
являющая<strong>с</strong>я неизбежным <strong>с</strong>лед<strong>с</strong>твием <strong>с</strong>ердечно-<strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>уди<strong>с</strong>тых<br />
заболеваний (ССЗ) [1]. По данным Фремингем<strong>с</strong>кого<br />
и<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ледования, у<strong>с</strong>тановлено, что ра<strong>с</strong>про<strong>с</strong>траненно<strong>с</strong>ть<br />
ХСН увеличивает<strong>с</strong>я <strong>с</strong> возра<strong>с</strong>том.<br />
Это означает, что ХСН являет<strong>с</strong>я ча<strong>с</strong>тым «<strong>с</strong>путником»<br />
людей пожилого и <strong>с</strong>тарче<strong>с</strong>кого возра<strong>с</strong>тов [2].<br />
По данным и<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ледований по<strong>с</strong>ледних 10 лет, <strong>с</strong>тало<br />
изве<strong>с</strong>тно, что на территории Ро<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ии ра<strong>с</strong>про<strong>с</strong>траненно<strong>с</strong>ть<br />
в популяции ХСН I-IV ФК <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тавила 7%<br />
<strong>с</strong>лучаев (7,9 млн человек), клиниче<strong>с</strong>ки выраженная<br />
ХСН (II-IV ФК) имеет ме<strong>с</strong>то у 4,5% на<strong>с</strong>еления<br />
(5,1 млн человек), ра<strong>с</strong>про<strong>с</strong>траненно<strong>с</strong>ть терминальной<br />
ХСН (III-IV ФК) до<strong>с</strong>тигает 2,1% <strong>с</strong>лучаев<br />
(2,4 млн человек) [3].<br />
В возра<strong>с</strong>тных группах до 60 лет <strong>с</strong>реди мужчин<br />
ра<strong>с</strong>про<strong>с</strong>траненно<strong>с</strong>ть ХСН выше, чем <strong>с</strong>реди женщин,<br />
